Reviews of Journey Flooring & Finishings in Langley

We had to have our bathroom re-tiled due to a plumbing issue. We looked at several companies, but settled on Journey Flooring because of their positive reviews & having met with Matt ( the owner ) . However, their professionalism was not met, we had multiple communication issues ,the installers were not overly careful while cutting tile ( they were doing so right on top of our hardwood floors with no protection ) . The niche we had them install was not going to be waterproofed until we told them to do so.The tile work itself is just OK, but not up to a professional standard ( poor cuts & in some areas not spaced or lined up evenly ) . The grout work was awful & they had to come in & re do it. Overall we were not impressed & several calls were made to Matt ( the owner ), he was never rude or anything, but just never seemed concerned or cared about our concerns. We felt like they wanted this quick & easy job done with ASAP & the workmanship shows that result. We are stuck with what they have done. We cannot in good faith recommend Journey Flooring for your bathroom work.
