Night shift customer service skills are terrible they showed no interest in helping to resolve issues and the gym itself has become untidy. Old water bottles left on several pieces of equipment and lockers not being cleaned out . It was brought to their attention and he informed me that they don't clean the lockers out so my question is who does clean the place up .I've always been impressed with the cleanliness of your gym so not sure if it's a one time thing or if the night staff are getting lazy and do not want to do any work during their shift
