Purchasing your engagement and wedding rings should be a special experience. Therefore my advice is to purchase your rings anywhere else but Spence Diamonds unless you are prepared to receive a poor quality product. My wedding band went in for resizing and when I got it back the edges on both sides of the ring were very sharp and the surface of the ring was discoloured and looked and felt completely different from before I dropped it off. I don’t know how a jeweller allows such poor workmanship to leave their store. I returned to the store with my husbands band to show them what my ring looked like prior to the resizing and asked them to make my band look the same. I gave them a week and a half to buff it up and smooth out the edges. They called me after 5 days to tell me to come pick up the ring and bring it back after my wedding. Needless to say I’ll never step foot in their franchise ever again and I will go pay another jeweller to round the edges of my ring and buff it up.
