Everything was great at first. The service declined over the years that we have dealt with them. They are only interested in padding their pockets and not for their actual small business customers.

This company has been banned as a vendor or service provider from our restaurants. They “attempted” to installed high end commercial hot water tanks in our establishment but got the job all messed up. Immediately after the Jemco installation we were unable to acquire a supply of required hot water. For 2 months Jemco halfheartedly attempted to address the problem but never achieved any results. Finally we suggested that we were considering the option of bringing in another company to help identify the issues. It was at this point M*** opted to came in with an assistant to supposedly work on it again. However instead of working on system, M*** disconnected the fire alarm system wires in the maintenance room, remove the hot water tanks and skulked out the back fire escape with the equipment they had just removed. To be perfectly clear, we 'had' provide Jemco with a full payment for the tanks and required equipment prior to staring the job, however we were withholding his installation invoice charges until they could get the tanks providing a proper hot water supply. As well, we had never been late paying any past invoice provided to us by Jemco and had been utilizing Jemco's services for the three previous 3 years. When M*** discovered the errors of his installation he opted to steal the equipment out of the restaurant and essentially shut down a busy Boston Pizza on a Saturday. M*** knew that an independent mechanical inspection would give us the straight good on his workmanship and on installation errors. We had Norms Plumbing come in and quickly discovered the many blunders of the Jemco’s services and explained to us why Jemco could have never got the system working with what they were attempting to do. It didn’t take Norm Plumbing two months of continual excuses to get the job done correctly. Norm Plumbing had us up and running within 8 hour and we’ve never had an issue with hot water since. Jemco not only exorcises shady business practices, they are out and out crook and thieves. ‘NO’ they never paid us the $5,000.00 for the equipment which they stole while sneaking out the back fire escape! CAUTION, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! M***, If you’re not happy with us telling our story, then to bad. You created this whole event!
