These folks don't honor their return policy even if you follow the rules to the dot. I returned a POC helmet still in the original box with tags and it was successfully delivered back to Quilicot on Sept 2. It's been almost two weeks and I have not heard back with regards to a refund. Staff at one of their stores told me to use the online chat line but that ended up nowhere as it's on auto response to FAQs only. Two more emails to Qullicot have had no replies...nada! I'm pretty disappointed as there seems to be zero onine support or customer service. Yea, they'll take your cash but don't expect anything back if you happen to return an item.
