We came back from 8 day vacation and found our dog's allergies condition have notably worsen as they just didn't give him his daily treatment. If you ask any question about how your dog is doing while you are away, they won't give you any news. Zero communication, zero accountability, zero responsibility.

They are really good to take your money, but really bad to follow instructions. We left a medication for our dog for one week, and we returned with the whole thing barely used. If you pay for loisirs or walks, you have to trust them blindly, because you never have a picture or a prove that it was done. Whe you ask for a follow up, they don't give you any information.
First and last time in this place!!
My advice: look for other place, period!!!!
