Excellent quality furniture. My husband said it was the best directions he has ever worked with for putting furniture together. The tv stand was exactly as advertised.

Update on my last review. I had Josselin the manager gave me a call and he was very polite and apologized about what happened. They are exchanging another drawer for me and it's currently in the mail. Definitely a better experience than last encounter with Stephanie.

BUYER BEWARE!! I was dealing with Stéphanie Chinien, I ordered a $500+ and Order #1034
The unit came in completely scratched on multiple pieces, and I have sent the company around 10 pictures of the problem with 6 or 7 emails. Stephanie Chinien insisted on me paying postage and sending the whole unit back. When I told her that it would cost over $100 just to send it back which made no sense for me to invest almost $700 total on a small drawer. I asked her how she would feel if she bought something for $589 and then have to spend another $100+ just to get the product she ordered. She ignored my questions completely and kept talking over me (I have the whole call on recording)

The product is defective and there's no way I can display it in my home. I asked for a new drawer that wasn't damaged, and all they offered me was 15% and a few pieces replacement. It's COMPANY POLICY. (I'm sure it's also company policy to provide good quality products??)

Finally out of frustration, I emailed them saying that I'm done and they will never hear back from me again, then Stephanie actually called me on the phone (she could've emailed me to confirm my shipping address) I soon realize why she called because she wanted to insult me further. She started saying how I've caused frustration for the company, and she said "how do I know if you took one scratch with multiple angles or is it really many scratches?" I told her all the scratches are DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES. In this point she just kept repeating "well how would we know"

Then I mentioned I never got the 15% refund as well. She said "well if you worked in the finance industry you would know it takes 3-5 days" Again I have the whole call on recording.

Extremely rude and insulting staff. Unreal customer service. Don't expect your product to arrive in good shape. Ikea has much better quality at half the price with better service. BUYER BEWARE
