Business is a scam. Have been waiting over 8 months for an order which has not shipped. Now told it can't be canceled (even with a restocking fee deducted). Complaint filed with the BBB. Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service. Like others I selected free shipping. I admit I missed the fact that it was free shipping to store. I feel they purposely word this option on there site poorly, to scam people into selecting it. Most reputable businesses state "Select for pickup". Not free shipping. I recieved my invoice that clearly shows delivery address as my home address. Shipping cost shows $0.00. Most people would assum this means delivery to your address. I recieved an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I emailed them saying there was a mistake, I had selected free shipping not pickup. After zero response for 2 days. I followed up with another email inquiring about my order. I started this was bad customer service. Below is the response I recieved from this company. This is the most unprofessional response I have ever seen from a company to a paying customer.

This business is a scam. They took my money almost 3 months ago for an order, never shipped it after repeated inquires. When I demanded a refund they did not refund the full amount claiming the keep 10% for restocking because they claimed I never picked up the shipment from their Quebec location. I even sent them a copy of their original invoice showing free shipping to my Ontario address. AVOID THIS SCAMMER. Now I have to contact the credit card compact get my money back.
