Reviews of PITOU URBAIN in Laval

At first, I appreciated the idea of meeting the pitouurbain owner—the idea of walking with our dog and building a relationship with them and our dog.
However, the dog trainer seemed afraid and uncomfortable with our dog. Our dog is anxious, so we reached out to a "professional." I don't think they are comfortable with more "difficult" dogs. Fair enough, but it would have been nice to have that conversation and maybe a reference to other dog trainers that could help us.
We were disappointed with the lack of responsiveness when communicating with the dog trainer. We hoped to find someone to help us, as well as a safe place for our dog when we were away.
We tried reaching out, hoping for a return or suggestions for our dog. Alas, we will need to find someone else to support us.
