Made an appointment at this spot for 2 pm. The appointment was made 4 hours before, and the lady said she only had space for what I wanted. I enter the salon at 2 pm, and tell the lady my name. She told me that my name wasn’t in the book, and then asks if we called the correct salon. We did. The lady we were speaking to was the one who took our appointment. She later asks if we want another appointment, which I decline because of how unprofessional she handled the situation. The products they use to do nails are also very cheap and toxic, which is why their prices are lower than usual ones. Would not recommend or ever go back.
