What they did to my friend and how they are treating her now, proves that they should be held accountable for their errors, especially this guy named Eric. Not only does he laugh in my friends face and says her video and footage doesnt matter but he says that the damage caused on the left side is her fault. We have videos and pictures. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, when asked for his last name he answers u dont need tht. And if u ask for a manager be says their in a meeting. I will definitely let everyone know how shitty you are.
