AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.
Here is my story. About 3 months ago I was in Edmonton looking for a crew truck and I stopped at Northern Truck Ranch to see a 1 ton dually they had listed. The business looks like they should know I thing or two about crew truck but boy oh boy was I wrong. It started with me bringing up a few problems I heard and seen with the truck. They said it would be looked at at the safety but was overlooked and never got fixed. I asked to get a new fuel pump put in as well as a few other extras before pick up. The dealership said no problem and arranged for the work to he done. The day I picked up the truck the truck had priming issues. Once I got it back to Sask the trucks issues got worse and it wouldn't go past 30kmh (Total of 500km driven). I took the truck to Impact Diesel in Saskatoon to get a Sask Safety and look over the problems. Close to 3 months the truck sat in the shop trying to diagnose the problems. It all started with the shop they sent the truck to. Freeway tire in Leduc. A tire shop that they decided was a good fit to install a fuel injection pump. They lied and ordered a rebuilt pump and sold it to me as "new". Installed the pump incorrectly and didn't tune the pump whatsoever. Injectors in the truck got fried wiring harnesses got fried. Truck needed a new engine core, pistons, rods and the list goes on. Also the problems they said that had been looked at never even got checked in Leduc and the shop in saskatoon had to repair them. 2 fuel pumps later, a truck load of parts, 3 months of headaches and a $23,000 shop bill later the truck is finally on the road. Dealership blamed me for most of it and tried to say it was the shops fault but still didn't claim any responsibility for their actions. After many texts with no responses and weeks of waiting, they offered to give me $3,000. But wanted me to sign a NDA. Not a chance keep your money I want people to be warned about this crooked company ready to burn any customer at any cost.
