I went in for a part to be talked down to and treated horribly. The customer infront of me was paying, transaction finished. And I started with sorry but I have a quick question i was wondering if I were able to fix a certain model. Was then responded to to say sorry but u have to wait your turn. The guy infront of me was done even said go ahead. But no.. the guy starts going off about previous encounters with people and I have to deal with people as they come in. The transaction was done and you gotta be a a**hole for no reason. I'm glad gord isn't apart of this business anymore. It's a joke. The guys was older heavier set spiked grey straight up hair.

Excellent customer service every time, best quality work in town. May not be the cheapest but by far the best overall job done.

TERRIBLE. He is a bigot - After I confirmed what I required he asked me TWICE to call my husband to make sure. He's a liar - When I returned the product he said; That will cost you a 25% restocking fee because you used your Mastercard, which is a breach of his contract terms.
