Westside Automotive ripping customers off on a daily basis!
This shops appears like nice reputable business... however do not be deceived. The guys are scammers through and through. They had a 25% mark up on part so I supplied my own exact same ones which they then shamed me about several times, for trying to save money. I was told the total price for job and phoned to confirm. They assured me that this would be cost…I left my phone number and asked if they could call me if there was an additional cost. No phone call but nice surprise on the bill. Had a couple of extra charges that almost doubled what I was originally told. When questioned about the unnecessary charges they become rude and arrogant and when pressed and still unable to explain they resort to anger so they don’t have to deal with you. I guarantee that whatever cost you are told for a repair it will be higher when you go to pay. This place will be out of business soon then hopeful we can have an honest automotive shop on the west side.
