Steve the owner was an excellent sales person. I asked him about a trial warranty. He told us that there is no trial but a manufacturers warranty on defect. He is in business to sell great quality mattresses and he wants his customers happy. He showed us a high end foam mattress and the Dream star Prestige. I didn't want another foam mattress so we went with the dream star. He recommended purchases a mattress cover in case there was a problem for return purposes. He asked if we needed a box spring, I asked if our warranty was void if we didn't have matching box spring. He told us the warranty was valid the box spring had nothing to do with it. His wife and him delivered the mattress and it was a pleasant transaction. After two weeks of not sleeping and sore bodies I contacted Steve and one told him the pamplet for warranty stated we had to have the matching box spring. I then told him our dissatisfaction with the mattress and we opted to purchase the box spring at $200.00. Our comfort zone never improved. He then mentioned purchasing a topper, which I refused since I just spent 1200.00 on a mattress set plus 100.00 on the cover. He then said it could be the frame. So I sent him pictures of our frame which has a center support. His response was he knew that would be the problem and we could buy a frame from him for $129.00. Otherwise he couldn't help us. During these issues I contacted Dream Star to see what the warranty covered. They pretty well laughed at me. Steve was very upset that I did that, he told me they could stop supplying him. To leave it with him. I understand not all customers have had my experience. However, regardless of how wonderful his sales experience is , once your out the door and unhappy he couldn't care less. He had excuses for everything. I will never buy anything from him again. He doesn't care if your unhappy he has a excuse for everything and wants you to spend more money. I hope in the future no one else has to go through what I've gone through. It was very disappointing. I wanted to believe he was an honest businessman. I was wrong.

This place is awesome, clean store and the customer service is fantastic. They stand behind their products 100 %. They go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. Kind courteous husband and wife team. They carry more than box springs and mattresses. Beautiful hanging art and other things to make your house a Home. We have shopped there for more than 15 years and have never experienced a negative or unsatisfactory visit. I rate this store a 10 out of 5.
