Ive just started taking Our Pooch to Ruff Cuts and I will say, its been a positive experience & care for Our little shitz u & she seems to enjoy being there too.
But I was quite Shocked of 1 thing & troubled by this extra charge they tapped on the groom fee!! And was not informed that this would be a charge!! Plus Ive Never- Ever heard of other facilities doing this sort of charge in the 5 yrs we've taken her anywhere to be groomed either.
Today they charged a fee cause Our pooch had a deposit As the Groomer called it!! And was $6.00!!!🤯🤯
PLEASE, Someone who takes they're pooch to be groomed & animals DO Get Anxious/ Overwhelmed, In How Are We As an Animal owner, are to predict or know if they need to void????
* This is not Right to be charged what comes natural to them.
Love of anyones input on this!!
