Requested them to match two new tires to the tires already on my car. Clearly it's winter and I wanted All season tires. They email me a quote, they failed to mention that the tires they are quoting me are summer tires. I give the go ahead assuming it's common sense that I wanted all season tires. Upon receiving the car I found that the traction of the tires aren't what I expected. Upon further research I discovered that they are summer tires. I called to sort this out. They tried yelling me they quoted me for all season and I said they were too much so they resulted to the summer tires which I gave the ok to. This is blown out of context. I assumed all the tires I was getting prices for were all season. They failed to mention that they are summer tires. All I got told was, our website says they are all season. Never again will I go there again
