During a resent prescription change Optiks International went above and beyond a professional level of service to accommodate my needs. Optics made customer service there priority by making sure that my glasses were perfect. This required the lenses being replace twice at no additional charge when it turned out to be a doctor reduce. Thank you for being patient and respecting your customer needs.
