l'm working with bmo almost 27 years and still have mortgages and accounts with bmo...l had no problem when was living on toronto...but couple years ago l moved to behind victoria hospital...then start using bmo wellington and commissioner branch... this place have terrible customers services ...when l use this branch waiting time almost 30 min inside ...last visit there's one person behind counter try to take care of customers slowly and about 7 peoples included me was waiting...and there's branch manager watching us from glass office doing nothing about it...after 25 minutes she financial decided to do something ad come to counter to help..when l asked to her what reasons to they make wait us here she rudely said still pandemic causing delay...wich pandemic.?..pandemic gone long ago...they fooling us and thinking we don't have eyes and brain to think about what's going on around us...the female manager's office was opposite the entrance and next to the counter...his is not first time interaction between them always minimum 20-30 minutes waiting time there...l'm hearing from other friends who using different bank services at branch they never waited more then max 10 minutes ...and getting enough from this ...I'm tired of this kind of behavior...l'm decided and planning to switch my two houses mortgages and five bank account with some of other banks...they are not my customer l'm the one their customer ...l give them one star but don't have option lower than this on the websie...terrible sevice...very disappointed ....
