We are in our 80's and our A/C quit working late yesterday. I called since it said they were open until 11 pm. Got a machine to leave a message. I did. No call. Called again, same thing. No response. Next morning close to 9 am still no call. Called again, still no live person. Left another message. No response. Finally I called our other contact who looks after our plumbing and they were here witin 1/2 an hour.
We have been with Builders Choice for 18 years and never has this happened before.
Jason is the best, if he had known this I'm sure he would have been here. Anyway, very disappointed. They used to always answer the phone in person but have gone to robots.
