Bought a 2022 Grand River 19BH trailer from here last year. Have had nothing but problem with it since we have got it. First time taking it camping the bathroom door wouldnt close, main door to trailer wouldnt shut. Had to hold door shut and lock to get it home. Screws coming out of the outside front panel last year and again in same area this year. Was told this happens over time from wear. Was only used once before the first time.. Only used trailer 2 times after before it happened again.. We never used the water or bathroom last year so when asked if we wanted to do the weather proofing of it do to winter told them no for last year we would probably get it done this year as we were planning on using it this summer.. Husband hooks water up in our driveway to test it out before we leave for our trip in a couple weeks.. water pouring down the drive way all over the floor in the trailer. Was told that the water tank and hoses and taps cracked due to not winterizing it.. Again we never used the water but I guess when we had it in for repairs they put water in it and never told us they didnt drain it.. So now its not covered under WARRANTY due to it being our fault.. Do not reccomend this company.. Will never buy a trailer from them again... If I could I would send this piece of Junk of a trailer back to them

Horrible Company, never in my life have I experienced such a shady business, the first issue was when we went for our walkthrough, it wasn't even the trailer we thought we had purchased, salesman Steve, what a horror, Dammy in finance what a joke, Service Manager thought he was using his own money for our warranty problems, General Manager couldn't manage a one-car funeral. After spending over 6 figures on our unit, we had to contact the manufacturer and have our warranty and extended warranty to another company. Run as fast as you can from this business!!!! If there was a (-) star I would have picked that one.

My husband and I went in on the weekend to look at trailers, left after buying one. Steve was excellent, friendly and helpful. Dammy was excellent too with the paper work for the financing. They made us feel very welcome, and like we had known them for a long time instead of just a couple hours. If looking for a trailer, I would highly recommend going here. We almost felt like family by the time we left.
