Reviews of Dr. Lulu Bursztyn in London

Last May I visited Dr. Lulu Bursztyn for severe eye droop and weekly severe migraine headaches caused from Horners Syndrome, as a result of ACDF surgery.
She was abrupt, rude, told me that the migraines had nothing to do with the Horners, and that there was no cure or fix for Horners Syndrome. She told me to basically 'deal with it', and when I explained that I needed my vision for my airline job, her words were "No you don't. Lots of people live perfectly fine with vision in one eye". Her lack of empathy was appalling.
In addition, she was wrong. On a number of counts. Luckily I found a knowledgeable doctor who is experienced in Horners Syndrome. I had surgery three months ago and I no longer have eye droop, and have not had one migraine since the surgery! There IS a cure for Horners, and it was most definitely the cause for my migraine headaches.
It is very concerning to me that, for such an esteemed outfit as St. Joes Ivey Eye Institute, I'm surprised that such flippant attitude and blatant misdiagnosis is permitted. This certainly doesn't line up with St. Josephs ethics mission, vision and values of Respect, Excellence and Compassion.
I thank God that I got a second opinion.
