Run away. Do not use this vendor for ANYTHING.

They won’t come out to measure and won’t show up on time. Measurements will be wrong and what is delivered will be incomplete, won’t match the drawings and it will take forever to get the missing parts of whatever it is delivered to your house.

You can call, email and text! You can go to their business and say hi - but trust me, you will be called crazy for trying to get a hold of them and resolve your issue. You will probably get yelled at too! (we did!)

My wife and I ordered a full kitchen with Endview and were given a price - we agreed to pay and set up a time to install. This install date was missed by several months, and was delayed several times when trying to nail anything down. We had to delay our countertop installers too.

The hardware was not ordered, and was substituted with whatever they had on hand. We still have 4 knobs that don't match anything else. Range hood was too large for the space, so now we have to take the wall apart to move the pot filler down. Did I mention its a tile wall?
Cabinets were wrong size, so we had to move the range hood venting. Parts of cabinetry are missing paint - looks great when you have a black cabinet and the side of one door is primer.

NONE of the drawers line up at all - either in depth or spacing from one another. The installer nailed on the ends of the island and the nails popped some of the paint off the finished surface - it's still this way. No touch up paint provided.
Screw holes aren't covered, some of the wall cabinets are installed inset by mistake when they should be flush.

We went with 5 missing drawers for a few months before I went to their facility and begged for them to come back.
Drawings showed build-out moulding/trim - what we got was a straight run.

We were told that we didn't pay for hardware and that redoing the range hood (that was too big for the space) would cost extra.
I said OK! Think they came back?
Think we got what we paid for?

No - it's clear that Endview does not care.
The countertop installers made a mistake and finished the edge on the underside of the island slab - they came and fixed it without a problem - great people!
Endview Kitchens & Custom Cabinets is poorly run, poorly managed and is not willing to deliver on any promise made.

Any other manufacturer or installer will treat you better than they treated us.

Run away as far as you can.
If you have started a project - stop it now and save as much cash as you can. Hire another vendor to complete it with whatever you have left - or you will never have a finished product.

I’m reluctant to leave a bad review, but feel as though I have no other choice. I’m hopeful that this review will inspire Jacquie/Justin to finally finish off the cabinets (almost 9 months after they were delivered). Although, I’m not holding my breath. I used Endview Kitchens twice before to design, fabricate and install custom cabinets. In each successive engagement the service has gotten worse. In this instance, the cabinets were delivered late (perhaps because of Covid) and messed up the measuring of the countertops and effected the closing of our house. Some of door/drawer fronts were the wrong size, poorly painted, etc. We were left for long periods of time with missing handles, door/drawer fronts, missing glass inserts for pantry doors, etc. All our communications with Jacquie have gone unanswered. Justin (Endview’s installer) has be good at responding, but he’s gone silent recently. This has been going on for over nine months and we still have soft close doors which need to be fixed, sandblasted glass to be installed, rubbing doors which need to be adjusted, poorly painted door/drawer fronts touched up. Endviews payment terms are 50% at time of order and 50% at time of delivery. So, we are not able to use money (holdback) as a way to motivate Endview to satisfy the terms of our contract. If I had to do it again, I’d make sure to hold back 15-20%. I hope this review has the desired effect
