If I could give this business zero stars I would. What an absolute unorganized establishment. My girlfriend attempted to take me here for my birthday. She called in advance to make sure they were open. The website said they were open til 9p.m, the voice mail said they were open till 9pm and then the employee who we spoke with over the phone confirmed they were open till 9p.m and that no reservations needed to be made. We asked if the ropes were open till they closed and they confirmed that they would be.

Excellent. So we drove 45 minutes from out of town and arrived at 7:30p.m for what we thought at the time would be an hour of fun. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a staff member who told us that they closed in 30 minutes. After voicing our disbelief, he then spoke to his manager who said they were, “slow” and were “closing early”(apparently this can happen whenever they decide that the night is slow that day…without any prior warning). The manager eventually agreed to stay open till 8:30 p.m.

So as confused as we were, we asked if the ropes course were still open as it was truly the only reason we went; they told us yes. So after we paid, we made our way down to the entertainment area-the lights were off and and not a single employee out of the 12 present gave us a single idea of how the cards they gave us worked or how the courses operated. Regardless we tried to make the best out of it.

After doing a couple warm up warrior courses, we were ready and excited to go do the rope courses. So after wondering around looking for the entrance to the rope course, we finally found someone who then told us that they were closed and had done last call for ropes at 7p.m. This was again surprising to us, considering the group of employees at the front desk had said they were open upon arrival at 7:30…

I really I don’t know what to say. I wouldn’t have been as disappointed with my experience if they would have been more honest and transparent about these possible limitations in services if one is visiting in the evening. With that being said, if you say your open till 9pm, it is wrong to expect that you stay open till 9? I understand that things happen, but after discussing with employees, it appears that “closing early” is a regular occurrence. Again, if we knew that the ropes were closed early upon arrival, then we probably wouldn’t have wasted our time or our money in the first place.

Overall, if you’re looking for a headache and a overpriced disappointment this is your place.
