I rate this company as a one because they ruined my hair. Not following what i wanted done, yet they decided to do what they wanted instead. Costing me 200 $$ to look horrid for a couple weeks to go to another salon to fix it costing me 300$ for a colour correction.... they should listen to what customers wants... not have to come in twice, still not listen and end up going somewhere else to fix it .. this hair colour all together costed me 500$ ridiculous.
