Reviews of Hessey Bros Plumbing in London

Abysmal. A new boiler furnace was installed less than a year ago ($12,000.00) and after 12 visits it is still not working properly. We have been forced to hire a knowledgeable third party to fix the mess. After many attempts to deal reasonably with this company, despite being extremely inconvenienced and suffering a loss of time and money due to the many unnecessary and unsatisfactory service calls, we were advised by Mike Hessey that he had no intention of 'fixing' our brand new furnace unless we paid them further money for new parts and labour to install them. It was a complete nightmare dealing with this company, but this was the last straw. We have learned much from the industry's leading professionals further to our experience and can assure any potential future customers that they would be wise to avoid this company at all costs. We thought we had saved several thousand by choosing this company over several others but ended up losing money in the end, not to mention some of our sanity.
