Used to love this headshop and used it for many years until I was sold a very expensive counterfeit stundenglass without the knowledge of it being a counterfeit, unfortunately I used it before checking to see it's authenticity and he then wouldn't refund my purchase only partially which I should've taken, he then lied about the authentic companies quality and the cost of their repair parts to assure me and said he'd offer the 10 year warranty instead. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place anymore and I'd suggest to avoid it, if your going to sell me a counterfeit " from the same factory " I should know that I'm not receiving an authentic product and paying the same cost, also I'm under the impression it's not the same quality sadly.
