Horrible. The last thing they (Karey is the property manager) care about are the condominium unit owners and do not return phone calls. They do not take the time to pick up the phone or send an email to unit owners however They take the time to contacting their preferred lawyer who charge inflated fees against unit owners without verbal or email communication.

Very good
I am a grounds maintenance contractor who works for several property management companies in the London area. It has been a pleasure to work for HighPoint. The company is very professional in its dealings. In particular, I have been impressed by 2 property managers. Karey and Victoria have been positive and upbeat. Responses to questions or concerns are always dealt with promptly.
