I have been using Jordan Grey for 15 years and was very happy with their work, prices, and customer service. As loyal customers they always went the extra mile for us, until today. We were told one thing over the phone, drove 30min from out of town to be told something completely different. They did nothing to stay true to their word and did not work to correct the issue at all. After 15 years of loyalty this is not how I expect to be treated. Will never return. Loyalty and honesty go a long way and both were lost today as they did nothing to fix a problem they created.
