BEWARE PETROV BRIDAL

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bridal boutique and I need to let London brides know. I booked an appointment for today at 2:00 pm three weeks ago. One week ago we arrived at Petrov for bridesmaids dresses and at the time confirmed my appointment for this week. As I showed up for my appointment today I was informed that they had no appointment for me. I let them know we confirmed over the phone and in person last week. We were told they could only push our appointment until later today because they had no room for us. The staff who assisted us were incredibly unhelpful and provided conflicting solutions. At first we were offered the bridesmaids section but that was then rescinded. The owner I assume didn’t even have our name correct and kept trying to convince us we were there last week for bridal - which we weren’t. She was honestly trying to gaslight me it was the strangest experience I’ve ever had. This was genuinely the most shocking experience I’ve ever had and the lack of awareness on their end was astonishing.

BEWARE of making appointments with this boutique as you most likely will show up and get sent away with a simple “sorry we can’t help you”. Disgusting service. Zero accountability. Should be out of business.
