Nea the hair stylist, purposely missed my head and dropped 2 drops of oil in my eye. She was way off; clearly missed on purpose. I then moved my head, my eye started tearing and I tried to get it out. She had a stink look on her face, shrook her shoulders, continued doing what she was doing. No apology, nothing at all. Wicked, disrespectful, bad mind, psycho; her actions reflect that. I all tip most the time I go there. Barber shops is where everyone should feel comfortable. I’m a regular. I’m in there paying for service. This mawd gyal trynna blind me with oil. Smh, people are losing focus on how to lead. Deal with all your customers with extraordinary customer service and respect, it’s a business, your at work. Look in the mirror, know yourself and know your place. Y’all lost a steady customer. Step the game up. It’s 2022/23.
