Brought in a Stihl chainsaw for a tune-up. Left several messages after waiting a month, no reply. The said Telus was the cause. 2nd month, they answered the phone, told me they ordered the wrong carb kit. Lost patience after 3 months, went and picked up the saw. Not that I asked for it back but keeping my deposit is as greasy as it gets. Long story short, bad service, 0 communication, saw in disrepair I won’t be back. One star because 0 is not an option.
