I recently had Sean and his team move my household goods to Ottawa and put into storage there.

It was a very hot and muggy day and the team worked very hard to load everything up quickly.

I was impressed with their work, and the way Sean took responsibility for every detail to ensure that the move went well.
When they arrived in Ottawa, they were at the facility on schedule and managed to tightly pack the load so that it fit into the storage unit. Not an easy task, but they did it!

The billing for the job was exactly as quoted, which I appreciated very much. Sean came out to personally assess the load and answer any questions, so the quote was very accurate. The full costs and payment schedule was made very clear before the move. There were no surprises. There have been so many scary moving stories of sudden hidden costs, and furniture held hostage. This certainly was not my experience, and I thank Sean for his professionalism.
