Man in shop damaged a watch I took in that simply needed a battery. He handed it back to me and instantly I could see it had not been put back together correctly. When I mentioned this, he got very angry and told me I had given it him that way which was not true. He had already replaced two other batteries and I said I felt I should not have to pay the ten dollars in view of the fact he had damaged one of the watches. He then screamed at me and violently yanked my purse from me. I paid him his money and left . I am appalled that someone who considers himself to be a professional would behave this way with a customer. And he should have apologized profusely for damaging my watch which had sentimental value and offered to provide my other two batteries free.
