Reviews of Taste of Time in Maple Ridge

Very bad communication and customer service. Asked them if they would take something on a day they were closed and I wrote a nice, pleasant email.
The reply I got was "sorry closed Monday" First of all I said nothing about bringing it Monday... second even a simple friendly "hello" would have even been nice.
I replied saying no problem I can bring it Tuesday if you will take it. The response back was a bit better asking for a picture.....
I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, if you want to keep customers and build a customer base, my suggestion would be to answer your emails a bit more friendly and professional manner.... if its your day off... then simply do not answer.
The response I got while the store was open was far nicer than the one I got on a day the store was closed.
Won't be recommending this shop to anyone I know. I am a big believer in customer service and will give my business to the places I know treat me well
