After checking out all the dealers in our area we decided to go with Maple Volkswagen and was introduced to Derek. We must say Derek was wonderful he searched for the car I was looking for. Good work Derek. Well my wife has a golf which the rear wiper needed replacing. I was looking at the wipers they had for sale and seem to have found one so I mentioned that I would take it home and see if it was the correct size and if not I would return or purchase. Well it was not the right one so I returned it. Don't I get a call from Domenic Galati stating that I stole the wiper. When I went back spoke to the assistant manger and I said that I paid the car cash why would I steal the wiper. Now my wife is thinking of trading in her and they just lost a sale. The assistant managers response was don't hold this miss understanding against us.
