Horrible customer service, very unprofessional
Cashier allowed a random customer to get involve in my conversation with her, allowed the other customer to cuss me off instead of keeping her out of it. I will take this matter very serious and making sure no one will go through this horrible experience.

Bought a top from Fairview Mall last week and it's broken down the second time that I wear. I went to Markville Aritzia and wanted to get an exchange. The employee refused to exchange it in store, instead, asking me to call the customer service myself. Her attitude was ready rude and refused to call customer service for me. Fine. I called, and the customer service agent told me to get the exchange back from the Fairview mall. I was so pissed off and told her that I was in Markville Mall, right in front of the counter. And then the customer service asked me passed the phone to the girl who served me. Without any explanation, after the call, the girl agreed to exchange the item.

No explanation, no apology. I wasted 20mins there just to get an exchange.

I'm done with Aritzia. Hate it! Poor service experience ever.
