I went in to dry clean my suit on a Wednesday and told them I needed it next week for an interview. I asked the owner if they are able to get it by then, if not I would have went somewhere else or not clean it at all. He reassured me I would get it back on Saturday. I went back on the Monday and they advised me that it's lost in the plant and they could not locate the plant manager because he was on vacation for 3 weeks. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and got s****** not having the suit for the interview. So 3 weeks past and I decided to go in for a follow up, he then told me the suit was destroyed by the machine. He offered me 50 dollars cash for the suit that was damaged and told me that's the price of how much the insurance is willing to pay. When I asked him the number for the insurance or the "plant manager" he refused to give any information. I told him the offer he gave me can barely buy myself a dress shirt. My suit was a tailored fit made suit which was close to $600. DO NOT GO HERE!
