High Efficiency replaced my furnace and added a top-of-the-line ducted heat pump from Carrier. HE's price was very competitive, and their pre-sale help was informative, honest and helpful - thanks to Charton Teng. I evaluated their proposal against several other companies and selected them based on my assessment of their capabilities, responsiveness and price, as well as the Carrier equipment offering. Installation was timely and had no problems. All my questions got answered very quickly, and the staff - sales and technical - were knowledgeable and helpful during the weeks following installation. I have now had the equipment for six months and Charton remains as responsive as prior to the purchase, helping with my questions and dealing with a winter snow issue. The equipment is working perfectly for heating (no A/C experience yet) and I notice an improvement in comfort and a reduction in energy usage (gas). I recommend this Carrier equipment and High Efficiency Cooling and Heating as supplier and installer.
