AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order for my glasses totalling $300. Haven’t claimed or received money from insurance yet. So I paid from pocket to get them faster. The original lady said they would for sure be done asap. I send the money and lo and behold, they suddenly don’t have lenses for the frames I want. (Interesting to carry frames but not have lenses that actually are compatible to sell to customers.) not only that, but if I want to go through with the ordering, I have to pay an additional $50 to get lenses to fit the frames THEY SELL. Bait and switch. They then asked me to choose another frame. Couldn’t find any I liked so I asked to just get my money back. They REFUSED. Saying they were direct billed etc. all lies. The money was from our own pocket. They have nothing to do with insurance or pay out. Obviously if we did go through insurance and got refunded it would be fraud. Who would risk doing that? But we didn’t. AGAIN. We paid out of pocket. Ming talked with her manager several minutes then said they will e-transfer us back. Halfway home to retrieving the receipts, we get another call- all of a sudden their “lawyer” told them it’s best to not give us the money at all. AN ACTUAL JOKE. I asked for the “lawyers” name and phone number so I could see what basis they have for saying that. Left me on the phone with no answer. So now we are out $300 with no service or glasses. If anyone is fraudulent it is them. Do not e-transfer them or give them cash. They will use it against you and keep the money over made up technicalities. I decided to just go with the glasses because I cannot deal anymore. If you look at the other reviews, you’ll see they’ve over charged or never sent money back to customers and insurance companies.
