We just discharged the mortgage recently, they charged us fees after fees left and right, you will not believe, almost $25,000 Fees to discharge $780k mortgage balance on time !!!!!!!
They do not verbally described anything to us about their interest mechanism and mortgage highlights, they only leave you with papers of fine print, than of payout day they rip you off with ton of fees that can not be fund in any other private lenders !!!
They also tell you, if you deicide to do legal action against us, we will not discharge the mortgage. But I will do even if cost me big.
****Never go around them***
