My purchase refunded because of being suspicious. They could have just put order on hold and ask any info they need. Why cancel? And they even haven’t managed to cancel it properly! Bank said it will take 30 days for me to get my money back! Will try to reach them out, hope they will cooperate and help me with my bank issue. If so I will update my review.
UPDATE:
They are refusing to send me a cancellation check which has been required by a bank for a charge back. Insisting to wait 2-3 business days. If not getting my money tomorrow, will write an update. P.s. Customer support is being extremely rude. No hello at the beginning or regards at the end of the letter.
