Took my money. Cancelled my flight. No discount no credit no refund. Told me they would correct the issue when I wanted to fly again. Called the last few nights and although Vinus was a gem, the other guy hung up on me. Had to pay for a new flight from Tokyo to Toronto.

THIEVES. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. ARBITRARILY WITHHELD $500 FROM CONSUMER AFTER CANCELLATION PLUS CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. NO OFFER OF A CREDIT, SIMPLY "TOO BAD FOR YOU PAL WE GOT YOUR MONEY AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO" WHICH IS A FACT BECAUSE THESE FEES ARE UNREGULATED SO IT'S A WIN-FALL FOR THE COMPANY AND "SCREW YOU" CONSUMER. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE THIEVES.

I talked to Golsa. She is the kindest and most helpful person. She guided me through each step and patiently found solutions for every problem.
