Reviews of UNRC Inc. in Markham

My initial sales experience with one individual was great, he was extremely helpful and kind to me and my girlfriend. Based on what I've seen with the reviews, you may get lucky and only receive service from this one worker, however my warranty service has been through the other guy and it's been horrible.
Upon bringing my Nightingale 6600D home, I noticed the Nightingale chair's lumbar support was broken. During unboxing, the lumbar pillow fell out of the packaging, I continued installing unassumingly until later when I realized that the pillow should be HARD-attached to the backrest with a sliding function. They hesitantly gave me a replacement backrest yet blamed me for it, and now only FOUR WEEKS LATER from the date of purchase (April 22), the mesh is fraying from the backrest and will only get worse to the point of breaking. I called and with a calm and respectful manner, explained the issue. The salesperson who blamed me for the backrest problem, has now BLATANTLY accused me of breaking the chair and implying that I'm trying to trick them (all while requesting this be off the record, he said). He shortly repeated the same excuse, which is that Nightingale will not offer another warranty. I asked what UNRC could do, and they said they could give me the BROKEN backrest I returned before.
I've been nothing but honest and kind with the company, but this one salesperson is rude as all hell which was just uncalled for. Oh, and for the record, I'm 6'1 230lb which I know isn't petite, but I was told would be NO PROBLEM for the chair for four-eight hour days. Also, for the unaware, this mesh is what supports your weight and should not fray like this - a staple came out the other day which I noticed as it was stabbing into my shoulder.
I'm a broke recent-graduate who thought they were shelling out the extra coin for a chair that would last a decade, not a month.
