If I could give zero, I would. We had a Birthday party there early March and was supposed to get 1hr of gym time but only got 1/2hr. It was over-crowded, busy and performers and everyone else lined up for 1 bathroom that had a sink and the other was closed or not working for some reason. There are two party rooms, one tiny one and a central one that also acts as a staff room and hallway access to the gym area. A staff called my 5 year old son "Diaper" and this led to him acting out and another staff member reamed him out for it. I was supposed to have my party room at 2pm but didn't get it till 2:30pm because the previous party didn't feel like packing up and leaving. All in all, the experience for the Host was a nightmare and I'm glad the kids didn't know how rough it was for the parents writing the cheque for the place because they still had fun at the end of the day, except for the kid who was called a "diaper" and cried for 20 minutes after as a result. The staff there needs a professional course on how to deal with kids and how to speak to them. Not calling them names would be a good start.
