The three girls working there are no doubt the nicest people I have come to know when trying to find a spa I feel comfortable at. Sadly the owner was the exact opposite. She was rude, undermining, and flat-out embarrassed her employees in front of multiple customers to the point I was uncomfortable with the kind girls doing a great job. The time would have been much better and enjoyable if the owner had not been there. I write this because this is not the first time I have seen this woman be utterly disrespectful to her employees if how she spoke to them with people there I can not imagine how it is when there is no one there. A boss should not be there to disrespect you, embarrass you, or undermine you in front of customers. if there is a problem address it once the client has left. I feel terrible for these girls, this owner does not look like she knows how to run a business. I wish I could give a higher rating because the three employees are amazing but it is their boss who is ruining it for them. I will not be going back and will do the opposite of recommending this place to my worst enemy.

Very disappointed. Was a loyal customer to this business for years, along with my mom. Came for tons of waxing appointments, nail appointments, and my mom came for many services herself as well. Never missed appointments, gave Gurinder lots of business. Recently, I missed an appointment. Gurinder called to let me know that there will be a charge of half of the cost of the service. She didn’t let us know of this rule ahead of time, and we have been loyal, not delinquent customers to her. Still, she wanted to charge us. VERY disappointed, will not be back. Do not recommend.
