Went to the Brick in Midland And was greeted by a very lovely Lady her name was Deana Bailey.... She was very helpful with info on Mattresses and showed me several choices ...finally pick my choice ....she explained their policy on returns and Deana was very pleasant and would ask for her again on future purchases ....

I work in customer service and so appreciate it when I receive excellent customer service. I dealt with Jesse from Midland and from start to finish he was so knowledgeable and sincerely honest about my purchase and choices. This type of service is rare these days! Congratulation The Brick Midland for having such a wonderful employee like Jesse on board.

Jason Henderson at the Midland store was an absolute gem to deal with and, has killer hair!. He responded to my messages quickly and was very knowledgeable regarding products. We will be visiting the store again for all our household needs. Cheers Jason!
