The above review was not submitted by me / myself - I do not feel this way - I recant everything said here as it was not my sentiment at all. Unfortunately another party wrote this review and posted under my name and account ! I find the above company and owners always helpful happy and easy to deal with . The pool they put in in my backyard has been wonderful - We did have to wait for a part the was not easy to get ahold of - no reflection on the part of Maurice Pools ! I have NO problem recommending this company. They have been professional, knowledgeable, available, Friendly,consistent in their high quality service and genuine !!! I am thrilled and impressed with my pool !! Thanks so much to the owners and the entire team at Maurice Pools - you guys rock !!! Best place around - looking for a great pool and a great team - look no further - this is the place !! - Thanks again Maurice Pools !

Terrible customer service. Had to wait TWO years for warranty work to be addressed and the issue never was corrected properly. A pleasant and agreeable owner full of empty promises. Phone messages never returned and the owner likes to hide in the back in order to avoid his customers.
