Reviews of Paul's No Frills in Midland

Well here I go. I don't usually complain all that much but after the service I received at the Midland No Frills has certainly put a bitter taste in my mouth. I have had poor service before but this has topped it all. My husband and I were cashing out at the counter. The machine asked to tap for the points. He did and he asked to use his points towards the groceries. She then told him he already paid for it. He said nicely again that he wanted to use the points and she practically through his receipt at him and told him it was paid for. After bagging up our groceries we asked to speak to a manager to another cashier and she asked the very rude cashier about the manager. She then came out from the desk and said she was the manager. It was not only us but the man after us was also disrespected and also received the same service. I hope this becomes viral and publicly noticed. No wonder people chose to use self check out with service like this. This lady seriously needs a new profession. This is not acceptable behavior working with the public. I have shopped here many times and they were so much better then tonight. I am giving it a 1 star and it is far more then they deserve. There is no minus stars to rate.
