We called Cannonball Pools to ask a question while opening our pool. The girl who answered the phone said the guy who could answer our question was busy and she would have him call us. Nobody ever called and we cannot understand how that is possible. So the next day we went in person and the girl at the cash said the guy who could help us was off that day. She took our information and told us that she would have this guy call us for a possible $90 service call. One week later and nobody has called. We don’t understand why Cannonball Pools treats their customers this way.
